As the festive season is just around the corner, we also gathered some essential information here to ensure that you and your loved ones get your gifts on time!
At the moment we ship to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom, Luxemburg, Switzerland, USA.
However you can use our STORE LOCATOR in order to find a TAMARA COMOLLI Boutique or one of our Partner Jewelers near you.
All deliveries are handled by our shipping partners UPS and FedEx for the USA. All shipments that are sent by tamaracomolli.com, are insured against theft and accidental damage.
Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.
In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once. We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. CET (with the exception of German public holidays). Orders which are placed out of this time will be processed on the next following working day.
Shipping times may vary due to availability of the fine jewelry pieces. You can find all delivery information per each product in the product details online. Most of our orders will be delivered within one week. Some pieces need to be re-allocated, thus delivery takes up to 12 days. Just a few pieces take up to six weeks due to their elaborate design. As soon as all of the ordered pieces are available, your order will be shipped.
Your items will be carefully stored in our handcrafted white leather pouches, before being placed in our blue signature boxes, luxuriously tied with our TAMARA COMOLLI signature bow, made of 100% cotton.
Every order comes with a cleaning cloth for the perfect care of your fine jewelry pieces. You will receive your order in a discreet and unbranded white box.
As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an e-mail providing your tracking number and tracking link. Please note that you might be able to check the status of your order only 1-2 hours after receiving the e-mail.
All returns are free of charge as long as they are done by our logistic partner. Please note, that the articles to be returned must be in new, unused condition and with all tags still attached.
1.) Please login to your account and select the order from which you want to return an article. Simply fill out the form fields. You can add a date for the courier to pick up the return. PLEASE NOTE: We can only accept returns during two weeks after purchase/delivery.
2.) One of our customer service assistants will process your return and is happy to advise you with any further questions you may have.
3.) After you registered your return, you will receive a confirmation e-mail including the return label. Please stick the return label on the parcel.
4.) UPS undertakes one collection attempt. If you are not able to be at home to that time, return the parcel via a UPS parcel shop near you.
After we have received your return, it may take a few days for us to process your return. You will receive a confirmation e-mail concerning your refund.
