TAMARA COMOLLI Fine Jewelry GmbH was founded by Tamara Comolli in 1992. TAMARA COMOLLI represents 'Casual Luxury' at its best. The founder Tamara Comolli grew up near beaches and lakes, so water is her favorite element and therefore the drop became the hallmark of the brand. You can find this recurring element in every single design. Famous for the huge variety of colorful gemstones and combinations and the well-known Color Stories, TAMARA COMOLLI designs all come in 18K rose, yellow or white gold.

To order our latest Collections Catalog, please feel free to contact our Customer Service, we are happy to send you a free copy anytime. Please be advised to mention your address, so we can send it out immediately.

I WANT TO PURCHASE A RING, HOW CAN I FIND MY SIZE?

If you don't know your ring size - we offer a free-of-charge ring sizer. For ordering the ring sizer, please contact our Customer Service.
Additional measuring information: Sometimes there is a difference between the left and the right hand - make sure to measure the hand you want to wear the ring. It might be that a ring which fits perfectly on the left hand is not comfortable on the same finger on the right hand. The size of a finger is often larger in the evening as in the morning.

CREATING A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

You can create an account by clicking the 'Login' symbol on the right side on the top of the homepage in the main navigation. On the following page, please follow 'I am a new customer' and click 'Sign Up'. You will need to type in your name, email address and create a password. You can change your personal data anytime. Of course we will take care of your data and won’t pass any information on to third parties. Please find more information on our privacy policy here.

CHANGE OF DATA

You can change your personal data through clicking on 'Login'. After logging in, you will see an overview of your account. You can change your details under the menu point 'customer information'.

FORGOT PASSWORD

You can request a new password through clicking on 'Login'. On the following page, you can then click on 'forgot password' and type in your e-mail address. You will receive an e-mail including a link to reset your password.

Password requirements

Your password should at least contain six characters, including letters and numbers.

SERVICE

cleaning and polishing jewelry

Once a year, we recommend a professional cleaning. In case you want to get your jewelry cleaned, we offer free-of-charge supersonic cleaning for you! Feel free to visit us anytime in one of our TAMARA COMOLLI Boutiques for this service.
In case your jewelry needs a new polish, our Boutique Teams or Customer Service are happy to assist you. 

Repairs

For all repair requests, please contact our Boutique Teams or Customer Service via e-mail or phone. 

Warranty

We offer a statutory warranty of two (2) years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the jewelry, leather or wood. It is not valid in case of loss, theft, improper use, negligence or attempts to repair it by unauthorized persons. For more information, please contact our Customer Service.

Is my package insured during shipment?

Yes. In case of a return, please return your products with our parcel service UPS for an insured shipment. You will find detailed return instructions in the enclosed return documents in your package.

When do I get my refund?

Once we have received your return, it may take a few days to process the return. You will receive a confirmation e-mail of our return. Refunds are made in the same currency and credit card as the purchase.

Gift Card

Purchase a gift card

You can order a gift card at the TAMARA COMOLLI Online Store or at one of our TAMARA COMOLLI boutiques in Germany (Tegernsee, Munich, Sylt). It is possible to ship the gift card to a different shipping address. 

Redeem a gift card

You can redeem a gift card in one of our German TAMARA COMOLLI boutiques (Sylt, Munich or Tegernsee) or in our Online Shop. During check-out fill in the gift card code in the field 'Discount Codes' and the amount will be applied to the overall amount of the shopping basket.

Wishlist and Newsletter

How do I use the wishlist?

The wishlist gives you the opportunity to collect your most favorite products. You can add any product at any time to your shopping basket. As long as you do not delete your current wishlist, you can easily access and review it in your customer account. 

Newsletter registration
