Customer's account and password

CREATING A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

You can create a user account by clicking the 'Login' symbol on the right side on the top of the homepage. On the following page, you can now open a new account. You will need to type in your name, email address and a password. You can change your personal data at anytime. Of course we will take care of your data and won’t pass any information on to third parties. 

CHANGE OF DATA

You can change your personal data through clicking on 'Login'. After logging in, you will see an overview of your account. You can change your details under the point 'customer information'.

FORGOT PASSWORD

You can request a new password through clicking on 'Login'. On the following page, you can now click on 'forgot password' and type in your e-mail address. You will receive an e-mail including a link to reset your password.

Password requirements

You password should at least contain six characters, including letters and numbers.

All prices include (items and shipping costs) include VAT. No additional taxes or custom duties are charged at your purchase.

Accepted payment methods

At the moment we accept the following payment methods:
Paypal, advance payment, Online-Bank-Transfer with SOFORT as well as payment per credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express).

Successfull payment confirmation

How do I know when paying in advance, if my payment has already been received? When paying in advance, you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of your payment.

Shipping of products through advance payment

Delivery time through advance payment will be two weeks from receipt of payment.

Which countries does TAMARA COMOLLI ship to?

At the moment we ship to following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom and the US.
However you can use our 'Store Finder' in order to find a jeweller or a TAMARA COMOLLI Boutique near you.

Is my package insured during shipment?

Yes. In case of a return, please return your products with our parcel service UPS for an insured shipment. You will find detailed return instructions in the enclosed return documents in your package. 

How do I exchange or return an item?

For returning an order, please use the courier through which your order was shipped.

If you like to exchange or return an article from your order, you are able to register your return within 14 days by e-mail, fax, phone or a letter. We recommend to use the online return form. Simply log in to your customer account and select the order you want to return an item and fill in the fields of the provided online return form.

You can add a date and a timeframe when the courier should pick up the parcel.

Upon submitting the return request you will receive an e-mail including the return label.

If, by mistake, you did not receive a return label, please contact our customer service team. 

Please note that we can only accept returns if the items are in a new, unused and clean condition and all tags must be attached.

Returns are free of charge as long as your are using our logistic partner.

When do I get my refund?

Once we have received your return, it may take a few days to process the return. You will receive a confirmation e-mail of our return. Refunds are made in the same currency and credit card as the purchase.

Gift Card

Purchase a gift card

You can order a gift card at the TAMARA COMOLLI Online Store or at one of our TAMARA COMOLLI boutiques in Germany (Tegernsee, Munich, Sylt). It is possible to ship the gift card to a different shipping address. 

Redeem a gift card

You can redeem a gift card in one of our TAMARA COMOLLI boutiques or online. During check-out fill in the gift card code in the field 'Discount Codes' and the amount will be applied to the overall amount of the shopping basket.

Wishlist and Newsletter

How do I use the wishlist?

The wishlist gives you the opportunity to collect your most favorite products. You can add any product at any time to your shopping basket. As long as you do not delete your current wishlist, you can easily access and review it in your customer account. 

Newsletter registration

You can register for the TAMARA COMOLLI newsletter anytime, through clicking on the newsletter link on the bottom of the main cover page and typing in your e-mail address. In the following you will receive an e-mail in order to confirm the validity of your email. You can always change the settings for your newsletter in your customer account.

Newsletter sign-out

If you wish to sign-out from our newsletter, please click on ‚unsubscribe’ within our newsletter or change your newsletter settings in your customer account.
