Sales Administration & Inventory Manager

Description:

We are seeking a Sales Administration & Inventory Manager with excellent interpersonal, office management, and administration skills to support our growing retail and wholesale business in the US, situated at our Palm Beach office. The position is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of all merchandise related transactions and to ensure that inventory balances are accurately recorded and inventory levels a properly maintained through scheduled cycle for both retail and wholesale business.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and handle stress of deadlines during periods of high business processing volume
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in inventory or merchandise management
  • Experience in the jewelry industry is preferred (A.J.P. degree or higher)
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook 

Job Functions:

  • Oversees and participates in all shipping, receiving and replenishment functions that affect the company inventory
  • Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports needed for the efficient management of entire company inventory
  • Communicate with Central Merchandise Management regarding feedback, issues and progress
  • Handle daily merchandising requests on stock, special orders, and repair
  • Report to Head of Sales based at Headquarters in Germany
