Our dream location for the first European Tamara Comolli Boutique...

December again! Right in time before Christmas we were brave enough to open our first German Tamara Comolli Boutique: on the picturesque Lake Tegernsee, in the history-rich area of Rottach-Egern. The location was so perfect that we had to jump in!

The building, along with the church next door, is historic, and is the symbol of the MALERWINKEL, the painters corner that was forever inspirational for artists to use for their paintings.

High ceilings and lots of light allow us to enjoy the lake view from every window. Within only 2 weeks we remodeled the entire store and opened on December 20th, at the same time as one year before in the Hamptons. We did all this on ‘cats paws’ – very quietly!

We had no showcases, and had to display the Collection openly, so people touched and tried on – it was huge success!

Flip*Flops

...a little glitz for your toes!

Our Boutiques are quite special, and there you can find things that we believe have our unique spirit! Being a beach bum myself, I needed to create my own flip*flops, and of course they needed a bit of sparkle…For now we will offer 2 colors: a Dolphin Blue/Lavender/Denim mix; and a Seabreeze/off-White/Turquoise (of course!) pattern.

Both are bejeweled with our Bouquet pendant, which is studded with Swarovski crystals! I hope to see many of them sparkling this summer, and not only in the Hamptons!

COCONUT bracelets with

I will probably still be wearing jeans when I’m 80 – although maybe without funky applique’ and no holes! And I do believe that my clients will be doing the same. Scouting around my Showroom recently, I saw 80% of my Team wearing denim – all styles, for all tastes and ages.

As a preview to this years’ Collection, my Newsletter shows the first 2010 Color Story: Denim! Blue Chalcedony set in 18k white gold, implemented in our Hippie Glam COCONUT bracelets – with a full range of complements, such as rings and pendants, to come.
